Pet Portrait Order Agreement
By commissioning a portrait by WilliamTuckerArt.com you are
hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions in this agreement.
The Pet Order Process
Submit Order and Payment - The pet commissioned will be the subject of a painting produced by William Tucker and that the image will be the artists interpretation of the subject based on the pictures and information provided by the client. A $50 deposit is required to start a pet portrait.
Submit Photo References – The client will supply the photos of the pet that will be used for the portrait along with as much detail as possible about what they want their portrait to look like. It is the responsibility of the client to supply any photographs or other materials that will be used as references for the portrait. These reference materials can be sent to the artist by sending them as an attachment to an email or can be texted to 910-273-2420.
Completion Time Line – The timeline for a portrait can vary greatly depending on several factors, such as the size and number of subjects in the portrait, whether a custom background is required, time spent waiting for payments and reference materials, etc. Because of these factors the artist cannot be held to any specific time line. If however there are no delays on the clients end, most portraits should be completed and delivered within 7-10 business days of receiving all client supplied reference materials.
Final Payment and Delivery/Pick-up – Once the painting is complete it will be packed, insured and shipped to the client, you will have to sign for delivery. Final payment is due upon delivery. Payments can be made online at:

Without limitation William Tucker Art holds the full and complete copyright and reproduction right to copy, exhibit, publish, display or distribute copies of the painting. The client will not use an image of the painting except for individual use without written permission from William Tucker Art.
